Why Tyre black???

Why Tyre Black???

Date ~01/05/2018

We all have seen Tyre but most of people  don't know  " why Tyre is black" ?

Is this a  tradition which all Tyre manufacturer companies are  following or there is any logic behind it .

Some people say rubber colour is black But it's  not reality.
Natural colour of rubber is white, which can be obtained from Rubber tree.

These tree start tapping rubber at the age of 7  & tapping continues upto the age of 30. After that tree is used for various commercial purposes like furniture making .The process of Tapping* accurs either   during night phase or during  early morning (low temperature duration).

Rubber fuild --------rubber sheet
(60% rubber & 40% water)

Journey of White rubber to black Tyre
Started by  Binniy & smith (founders of crayola's carbon black power company)

Rubber +carbon black =. Black Tyre

How carbon black is  manufactured &  why it is  used in Tyre?

Carbon black  is a material produced by the incomplete combustion of heavy petrolium products such as COAL TAR with addition of a small amount of Vegetable oils.

It can be added  to  increase internal Strength and Durability(life of working) of the Tyre.
